Tempered Borosilicate Flow Sight Glasses Manufactured in Borosilicate Glass 3.3, designed for use as sight glasses in lubrication equipment, as well as observation ports in reel-type flow sight glasses for pipes. With a wide variety of sizes in both imperial and metric units, and different thicknesses according to operational parameters, they are manufactured in any required length. To ensure a proper seal and facilitate assembly, all cuts are squared and polished. Additionally, all tubular sight glasses and lubrication tubes undergo a thermal tempering treatment, which provides mechanical properties for greater resistance, enabling them to withstand higher working pressures and extend their service life. These sight glasses are used in numerous applications where both chemical resistance and low thermal expansion are required. The outer diameters of the tubular sight glasses are available in various sizes, ranging from ½” to 8”, and lengths vary up to 1500mm. The level tube refmex-gl is available in different wall thicknesses according to the pressure requirements of the equipment, and they come with diamond-cut ends and squared to ensure a proper seal and avoid sharp edges.
