Warranties

INIFLU warrants merchandise against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of the goods as shown on the corresponding invoice. After this period, liabilities arising from this warranty shall cease.

INIFLU's obligations are limited, at its sole discretion, to repair or supply replacement product for parts found defective during normal use and in accordance with the product's technical specifications.

INIFLU shall not be liable for accidents, damages, or losses arising from the use of its materials or equipment when such use does not comply with installation, operation, and maintenance recommendations.

The buyer must promptly notify INIFLU of any product defect or failure and provide the technical, operational, and service condition information required, as well as reasonable access to facilities to allow evaluation and, where applicable, repair or replacement.

Damage or defects caused by incorrect installation, improper storage, operation outside specifications, or lack of maintenance are expressly excluded, as are repairs or modifications by third parties without INIFLU's prior written consent.

Coverage also excludes damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence, normal wear from operation, accidents, corrosion or incompatible fluids, or the buyer's failure to provide relevant information for proper sizing or product selection.

Repaired or replacement parts shall remain under warranty for the remainder of the original twelve (12) month period or for six (6) months from the repair or replacement delivery date, whichever is longer.
